Samuel Boyd was 86 when he died in Denton, Denton County, Texas on 18 Aug 1917. Samuel Boyd was buried in IOOF Cemetery Denton, Denton County, Texas. SAM'S obituary stated he was married 3 June 1858. Born on 2 Oct 1846 in Wisconsin or New York. Mary Ellen was 81 when she died in Vici, Dewey County, OK on 25 Apr 1928. In the 1870 Denton County Texas census Ellen is listed as being from Iowa.
