1087. Tommy Arthur PENDERGRASS. Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in Dec 1970. Alias/AKA: "Corky".

Tommy Arthur married Claudette WILSON, daughter of Claude H. WILSON (1912-2000) & Mable PENDERGRASS (1913-). Resided in Bruceton, Carroll County, Tennessee in 2000.

They had the following children:
i. Tommie Keith. Resided in St. Augustine, Florida.

On 24 Sep 1994 Tommie Keith married Elizabeth WILLIAMS.

1088. Joe Ava PENDERGRASS. Born in 1920 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 69, Joe Ava died in Nashville, Tennessee on 16 Aug 1989. Buried in Aug 1989 in Woodlawn Cemetery. Resided in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee in Dec 1970.

Obituary: Joe Ava Pendergrass, 69, died August 16, 1989 in Nashville. Services were conducted Friday, August 18, 1989 at 1:00 p.m. at Hickory Chapel with Bro. Frank Ford and Bro. Larimore Austin officiating. Burial followed in Woodlawn Cemetery. Woodbine Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. Survivors include his wife, Mae Pendergrass of Nashville; three daughters, Yvonne Norman of Nolensville, Linda Warbritton of Nashville, and Janet Goodman of Brentwood; two brothers, James L. Pendergrass of Huntsville, Ala. and Tommy A. Pendergrass of Huntingdon; and six grandchildren. Pallbearers were Brent Hogin, Joe Pigg, Doug Stevens, Odell Laws, Homer Laws, David Glisson and Charles Resha.

Joe Ava married Mae Henry SMITH, daughter of Murray E. SMITH Senior (1892-1959) & Fronnia WEAVER (1893-). Born in 1922 in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 82, Mae Henry died on 25 Feb 2004. Buried on 28 Feb 2004 in Woodlawn Memorial Park.

Obituary: NASHVILLE: Mae Pendergrass Roark, 82, died Wednesday, February 25. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joe A. Pendergrass and was a member of the Crieve Hall Church of Christ. She was retired from the State of Tennessee Department of Safety. Survivors include her husband, Eldon Roark of Nashville; three daughters, Yvonne Norman, Linda Warbritton and Janet Rice; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Lorene Oatsvall, Pauline Bennett and Ludell Walker, all of Huntingdon; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, February 28 at 10:00 a.m. at Woodbine Funeral Home, Hickory Chapel with Dan Winkler officiating. Interment was in Woodlawn Memorial Park. Memorial contributions may be made to Alive Hospice

1089. James L. PENDERGRASS. Resided in Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in Dec 1970. Resided in Huntsville, Alabama in Aug 1989.
