On 16 Nov 1962 when Charlotte Ann was 21, she married Lindy Grey DILL, son of Hulon Cox DILL (1913-1999) & Roberta Nell BENNETT (1914-). Born on 14 Apr 1939.

They had the following children:
i. Shem Vincent. Born on 30 Aug 1963.

Shem Vincent married Shelia Monon REYNOLDS. Born on 19 Jan 1965.
1255 ii. Shawn Denise (1965-)
iii. Cindy Gail. Born on 7 Aug 1959.

On 9 Feb 1979 when Cindy Gail was 19, she married Mark WILLIAMS.
