939. Stanley Eugene WOODS. Born on 12 Jan 1953 in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 50, Stanley Eugene died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 29 Dec 2003. Buried on 31 Dec 2003 in Christian Chapel Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Obituary: Stanley Eugene Woods, 50, of Huntingdon, died Monday, December 29, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. Services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 31, in the Chapel of Chase Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Christian Chapel Cemetery. Brother Doug Sellers will officiate. Pallbearers to serve will be Jerry Nolen, Randy Crossett, Roger Newsome, Johnny Sanders, Richard Pearson, Jimmy McGee, Donnie Simpson, and Ronnie Breeden. Mr. Sanders [Woods] was born January 12, 1953, in Huntingdon. He was the superintendent of the parks and cemeteries for the Town of Huntingdon, served in the Navy for four years, and was a member of Christian Chapel Chruch of Christ. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry Woods and Danny Woods. He is survived by his wife, Judy (Barbee) Woods, one daughter, Tina Woods of California; two step-daughters, Beverly Cole and Tammy (Landis Jr.) Brown, both of Huntingdon; his mother, Estelle Roark of Huntingdon; his father, Herman Woods of Toone; two sisters, Linda (Edward) Brinkley of Huntingdon and Debbie (Chester) Baumgardner of Cedar Grove; two brothers, Michael (Joyce) Woods of Huntingdon, and Randy Woods of Camden; three grandchildren; eleven nieces and nephews; and eight great nieces and nephews. Stanley Eugene first married Linda BURCH. They had one child:
