Velma Sue first married ? BREUNNER.

Velma Sue second married Bennie Eugene CLARK Senior, son of Ben Julian CLARK (1910-2001) & Lillie Mae WOOD (1916-). Born on 24 Jun 1942 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

ii. Bennie Eugene. Born on 21 Sep 1965 in Tennessee.


On 13 Aug 1998 when Velma Sue was 62, she third married Harold DUKE. Born on 28 Jul 1942. At the age of 56, Harold died on 13 Aug 1998.

826. Betty ROSSER. Born on 24 Mar 1944.

On 23 Jul 1960 when Betty was 16, she married William Howard WILLIS, son of Elmo WILLIS & Jane COLEMAN. Born on 13 Aug 1941 in Gibson County, Tennessee. At the age of 63, William Howard died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 10 Feb 2005. Buried on 12 Feb 2005 in Sellers Hill Cemetery, Clarksburg, Carroll county, Tennessee.

Obituary: HOLLOW ROCK: Services for Howard Willis, 63, were conducted on Saturday, February 12, at 12:00 noon, in the Chase Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joe Abbott officiating. Interment followed in the Sellers Hill Cemetery. Mr. Willis died Thursday, February 10, at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. He was born August 13, 1941, in Gibson County, to the late Elmo and Jane Coleman Willis. He was an engineer for the Maersk Line Company; was a naval veteran with 20 years of service, a member of the Hollow Rock VFW and attended the Marlboro Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by one son, Randy Willis, and one sister, Janice Williams. Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Betty Rosser Willis; one daughter, Tina Willis Howell of Bellevue, Nebraska; one sister, Ruth Farris of Bartlett; two brothers, Leroy Willis of Trenton and Clarence Willis of Herndon, Virginia; and three grandchildren.


They had the following children:
i. Randy. Born on 14 May 1961. At the age of 22, Randy died on 8 Dec 1983. Cause of death: Car wreck.

827. Bobbie Gail ROSSER. Born on 23 Jan 1950. Resided in Camden, Benton County, Tennessee in Aug 2002. Alias/AKA: "Gail".

Bobbie Gail married Thomas Ray TOWNSEND, son of Elmer TOWNSEND & Ruth ?. Born on 10 Feb 1948.

They had one child:
i. Jason Thomas. Born on 28 Sep 1976.

Jason Thomas married Chrissy Lynn WADE, daughter of Ricky WADE & Kay ?.

Marriage Announcement: Ricky and Kay Wade of Camden are pleased to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Chrissy Lynn Wade, to Jason Thomas Townsend, son of Thomas Ray and Gail Townsend of Camden. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Mary Wade and the late Charles Wesley Wade, Sr., of Paris, and Mr. and Mrs. Jamie V. Lawrence and the late Betty Lawrence of Hollow Rock. Chrissy is a 1996 graduate of Hollow Rock-Bruceton School and is employed at Wal-Mart in Huntingdon. The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Ruth Townsend of Huntingdon and Mrs. Lola Rosser of Hollow Rock and the late Johnny Rosser of Huntingdon. Jason is a 1994 graduate of Camden Central High School and is employed at Procter and Gamble in Jackson. The couple will exchange wedding vows on Saturday, August 17, at 4 p.m. at Camden Church of Christ in Camden. A reception will follow in the upstairs fellowship hall. All friends and family are invited to attend. After their honeymoon, the couple will reside in Camden.
