i. Stephanie Renee.

On 20 Dec 2003 Stephanie Renee married James Richard RUFFELL IV, son of James Richard RUFFELL III, in McKenzie, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Marriage Announcement: Mr. and Mrs. Donnie Smith are pleased to announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter Stephanie Renee, to James Richard Ruffell IV. The ceremony will be held Saturday, December 20, at 4:00 p.m. at McKenzie Church of Christ in McKenzie. Stephanie is the granddaughter of Katherine Maness and the late Junior Maness, Georgia Smith and the late J.D. Smith. She is a graduate of Hollow Rock-Bruceton Central High School and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Special Education from The University of Tennessee at Martin. She is an eighth grade special education teacher for the Huntingdon Special School District. James is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Richard Ruffell III. He is the grandson of Seth and Ruby Cozart, and Connie Tucker. He is a graduate of Huntingdon High School and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Bethel College. He is employed with the United States Postal Service in McKenzie, Tennessee. All friends and family are invited to attend the ceremony and reception. Only out-of-town invitations are being sent.
