Obituary: BEECH BLUFF: Services for Kevin Ray Gurley, 34, were conducted Friday, April 29, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chase Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Marshall Gurley officiating. Interment followed in the Palmer Shelter Cemetery. Mr. Gurley died Tuesday, April 26, at the Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. He was born September 18, 1970, in Jackson. He was a supervisor for the ARJ Press Company and had served in the National Guard. He was preceded in death by a sister, Kimberly Ann Gurley. Survivors include his father and stepmother, Oren Ray Gurley and Norma Gurley of Huntingdon; his mother and stepfather, Betty Marie Corley and Mark Corley of Texarkana, Texas; his maternal grandmother, Ruth Carroll of McKenzie; and one brother, Kemp Gurley of Huntingdon.
Kevin Ray married Holley BENNETT. They were divorced in 1998.
No children were produced in this marriage.
