390. Frances Nell FLAKE. Born in 1906 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 69, Frances Nell died in Carroll County, Tennessee in 1975. Buried in 1975 in Sellers Hill Cemetery, Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Frances Nell married Hagood WILLIAMS, son of Thomas H. WILLIAMS (1867-1948) & Venezuela CAWTHON (1868-1923). Born in 1897 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 76, Hagood died in Carroll County, Tennessee in 1973. Buried in 1973 in Sellers Hill Cemetery, Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 24th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930.

They had the following children:
i. Virginia. Resided in Bartlett, Tennessee.

Virginia married Frank BROWN.
