Tolbert J. married Eugenia DAVIS. Born on 4 Dec 1886 in Monticello, Titus County, Texas. At the age of 86, Eugenia died in Blodget, Titus County, Tennessee on 28 Apr 1973.

They had one child:

331. George Harlan TOSH. Born on 10 Aug 1892 in Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 63, George Harlan died in Henner, Riverside County, California on 2 Dec 1955.
