Family of Michael PINCKLEY (11) & Ann TOSH

43. William Carroll PINCKLEY. Born on 21 Aug 1838 in Tennessee. At the age of 59, William Carroll died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 26 May 1898.

On 29 Dec 1858 when William Carroll was 20, he married Mary F. HARDY (76) , daughter of Jesse HARDY (1810-) & Hannah GIST (25) (1812-), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born in 1843 in Tennessee. Resided in 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1850.

They had the following children:
i. M. Mattie Brown. Born on 2 Aug 1859. At the age of 84, M. Mattie Brown died in St. Louis, Missouri in 1944. Buried in 1944 in Shady Grove Cemetery, Clarendon, Arkansas.

M. Mattie Brown married Carlos CLARK.

107 ii. Susan Evalina (1861-)
iii. William Henry Harrison. Born on 28 Jan 1864. At the age of 4, William Henry Harrison died on 14 Aug 1868.

108 iv. Benjamina Arabel (1867-1953)
v. Vernanca Victoria F.. Born on 28 Jan 1869. At the age of 86, Vernanca Victoria F. died in Sacramento, California on 6 Mar 1955. Buried in Mar 1955 in East Lawn Cemetery, Sacramento, California.

Vernanca Victoria F. married Newton Lofton FALLS.

vi. Revona Jane. Born on 27 Apr 1871. Revona Jane died in Piggott, Arkansas.

Revona Jane first married ? SPENCE.

Revona Jane second married Ed HICKS.

vii. James Milton. Born on 20 Mar 1873. At the age of 9, James Milton died on 1 Nov 1882.

viii. John Elihu. Born on 28 Nov 1874. John Elihu died in Clarendon, Arkansas. Buried in Shady Grove Cemetery, Clarendon, Arkansas.

John Elihu married Mayme BROWN.

ix. Hattie. Born on 12 Apr 1877 in Hollow Rock, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 73, Hattie died in East St. Louis, Missouri on 18 Jun 1950. Buried in Jun 1950 in St. John's Cemetery, Anna, Illinois.

In 1902 when Hattie was 24, she married Charles Henry BARNHART.

x. Tolbert Christopher. Born on 20 Nov 1877 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 85, Tolbert Christopher died in Portageville, Missouri on 22 Nov 1962. Buried in Portageville, Missouri.

In 1902 when Tolbert Christopher was 24, he married Rachel FAHERTY.

xi. Neville. Born on 18 Jun 1887. At the age of 56, Neville died in Jonesboro, Arkansas in 1944.


44. Simpson PINCKLEY. Born about 1840 in Tennessee. Resided in District 18, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1880.

Simpson married Araminta MOORE. Born in 1853 in Tennessee. Resided in District 18, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1880.

They had the following children:
i. Sarah. Born in 1870.

ii. Thomas K.. Born in 1873.

iii. Lavadar J.. Born in 1879.


45. J. Samuel PINCKLEY. Born on 12 Mar 1855 in Tennessee. At the age of 37, J. Samuel died on 1 Apr 1892. Buried in Apr 1892 in McAuley Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 21 Sep 1876 when J. Samuel was 21, he married Rebecca Ann Elizabeth HAYWOOD, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 3 Feb 1858 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 66, Rebecca Ann Elizabeth died on 30 Jun 1924. Buried in Jul 1924 in McAuley Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

vii. Dessie May. Born on 12 Feb 1890. At the age of 12, Dessie May died on 22 Aug 1902. Buried in Aug 1902 in McAuley Cemetery, Buena Vista, Carroll County, Tennessee.
