78. Lester A. WALKER. Born in 1895. Resided in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1942. Resided in Williamsport, Tennessee in 1943.

Lester A. married Vernon OLIVE, daughter of John H. OLIVE (1868-1945) & Josie Florence KEE (1872-1943). Born in 1898.

They had one child:
i. Infant. Born on 1 Jun 1917.


79. Siddie WALKER. Born in 1898. At the age of 44, Siddie died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee in May 1942. Buried in 1942 in Jamison Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in Westport, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1942.

Obituary: Westport Woman Fatally Burned: Mrs. Siddie Walker Blount, 44, died early last Thursday afternoon in the Webb-Williamson hospital in Jackson. Her death was caused by burns she received early Thursday morning at her home near Westport in Carroll County. Mrs. Blount started to kindle a fire in the kitchen stove to prepare breakfast and used gasoline which she thought was kerosene to start the fire. The can was blown to bits when it exploded and sprayed Mrs. Blount with the burning gasoline. Hearing her screams, her son, James, rushed to her assistance and attempted to smother the flames in a vain effort to save his mother's life. He received serious burns on the arms and legs. Both the mother and son were rushed to the hospital where she died. His burns were serious but he will recover. Funeral services for Mrs. Blount were held Saturday afternoon in the Westport Baptist Church where she was a member. Rev. G.C. Joyner of Parsons conducted the services with burial in Jamison Cemetery near Westport. Mrs. Blount was the daughter Sid J. and Lula Jamison Walker of Westport. She grew to womanhood in Wildersville and several years ago and was married to Willie G. Blount, who with four children survive: James, who lived with his parents; Mrs. Woodrow (Mary Ruth) Enochs of Westport; Mrs. Carl (Louise) Williams of Amarillo, Texas, and Miss Juanita Blount, who also lived with her parents. She is survived by her parents and a brother, Lester Walker, of Wildersville, and a sister, Mrs. J.B. Olive, of Wildersville.

Siddie married Willie G. BLOUNT, son of Cinny Gray BLOUNT (1867-1945) & Eudora Lee McAULEY (1870-1898). Born in 1894.

They had the following children:

iv. James W.. James W. died in May 2002. Resided in Westport, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1942.

Obituary: Services will be at 2:00 P.m. Monday, May 6, 2002 at Bruceton Funeral Home Chapel. Mr. Blount was a retired Conductor for L & N Railroad. He is survived by three sisters, Juanita Cox of Buena Vista, TN, Mary Ruth Enochs of Huntingdon, TN & Louise Williams of Amarillo,

James W. married Margaret WOODWARD.


80. Evelena Deena WALKER. Born in 1900. At the age of 84, Evelena Deena died in Henderson County, Tennessee in 1984. Buried in 1984 in Jones Cemetery, Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Parkers Crossroads, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Evelena Deena married John Bailey OLIVE, son of John H. OLIVE (1868-1945) & Josie Florence KEE (1872-1943). Born in 1900 in Tennessee. At the age of 48, John Bailey died in Henderson County, Tennessee in 1948. Buried in 1948 in Jones Cemetery, Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Parkers Crossroads, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in Parkers Crossroads, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1943.

Obituary: Funeral services for John Bailey Olive, well-known merchant and businessman of Parker's Crossroads, were conducted at the Wildersville Church of Christ Sunday afternoon by Bro. B.A. Douthitt of Jackson. Burial was in Jones Cemetery. Mr. Olive succumbed early Thursday morning at Webb-Williamson Hospital at Jackson, where he had been a patient for two weeks. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Evelena Denna Walker Olive; two sons, Bailey A. and Billie Olive; one daughter, Mrs. Lulu Nell Rumfelt, all of Wildersville; two sisters, Mrs. Jessie Herndon of Paducah and Mrs. Vernon Walker of Williamsport, and a brother, M.A. Olive of Wildersville.

They had the following children:
184 i. Baley Achlee (1917-1991)
ii. Billy.
