James Samuel married Elizabeth BAKER. Born on 18 Mar 1911.

They had one child:

72. Ira WILLIAMS. Born on 9 Sep 1913 in Greenfield, Weakley County, Tennessee. At the age of 89, Ira died in Dallas, Texas on 27 May 2003. Buried on 31 May 2003 in HIghland Cemetery, Greenfield, Weakley County, Tennessee. Resided in Dallas, Texas. Occupation: Casualty insurance business.

Graduated from Vanderbilt University.

Obituary: Funeral services for Ira Williams will be held at 2:00 p.m. today, May 31, 2003 at Williams Funeral Home with Bro. Edmond Prater officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Cemetery. Mr. Williams died Tuesday, May 27 at his home. Mr. Williams was born September 9, 1913 in Greenfield, TN, son of Hugh and Betty Williams. After graduating form high school, he attended Vanderbilt University in Nashville. Upon graduating, he joined the FBI and served 15 years as a Special Agent in Nashville, Clarksville, Jackson and Columbia, Tennessee, as well as in Baltimore, New York, Memphis and Cleveland. After his service with the FBI, he moved with his family to Dallas, TX, where he has resided until his death. While in Dallas, he was personnel manager for Kent Oil, Co. and later served as a Special Agent with American Ins. Association of New York. He was a devoted Christian and a truly devoted husband and father. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Inez Price Williams and one son, Barry Williams of Dallas. He was preceded in death by his loving daughter, Janie Williams


Ira married Inez PRICE.

They had the following children:
i. Janis. Born in 1949.

ii. Barry. Born in 1951. Resided in Dallas, Texas in May 2003.
