37. Ezekiel HILLIARD Senior. Born on 13 Mar 1878 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 69, Ezekiel died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 8 Jul 1947.

Ezekiel married Lauada CAWTHON. Born on 4 May 1883 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 42, Lauada died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 24 Sep 1925. Alias/AKA: "Vada".

They had the following children:
i. Emma.

On 1 Jan 1927 Emma married Gerald FITZGERALD, in Carroll County, Tennessee.

Cadolia Elizabeth married ? GREEN.

v. Ezekial. Born on 1 Nov 1916 in Westport, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 82, Ezekial died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 19 Mar 1999. Buried on 20 Mar 1999 in Jamison Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Occupation: Farmer. Alias/AKA: "Zeke".

Obituary: Zeke Hilliard, Jr., 82, of Westport, died Friday, March 19, at the Huntingdon Health and Rehabilitation Center. Services were held on Saturday, March 20, at Dilday Funeral Home. Burial followed in Jamison Cemetery. Brother Bill Goodpasture officiated the services. Mr. Hilliard, the son of the late Ezekiel and Vada Cawthon Hilliard, was born November 1, 1916, in Westport. He was a retired farmer. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Aaron Hilliard and John Hilliard; and three sisters, Emma Fitzgerald, Cadolia Green and Elizabeth Horn. He is survived by nieces and nephews. Pallbearers who served were Woody Horn, Nick Horn, Tim Horn, Jason Jennette, Chris Jennette, Jeff Wilson and Jimmy Wilson.

38. Mary Elizabeth HILLIARD. Born on 7 Mar 1880 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 94, Mary Elizabeth died in Bienville, Louisiana on 29 Jun 1974. Alias/AKA: 'Lizzie".

Mary Elizabeth married M .P. QUINN.

They had the following children:
i. Clyde.

ii. Pauline.

iii. Mary.

iv. Helen.

v. Lucille.

vi. Tennie Naomi.


M.P. and Lizzie moved to Bienville, LA, in 1904, and raised six daughters.

39. Walter HILLIARD. Born on 25 Jun 1882 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 82, Walter died in Carroll County, Tennessee in 1965.

Walter first married Mattie L. SMITH, daughter of Edward H. SMITH (1842-1898) & Missey WILEY (1852-1924). Born on 19 Aug 1886. At the age of 21, Mattie L. died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 18 Jan 1908. Buried in 1908 in Tucker Cemetery, Westport, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Infant.


Walter second married Bertha E. HILL. Born in 1884 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 67, Bertha E. died in Carroll County, Tennessee in 1951.

They had one child:
i. Infant. Buried in Hill Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.


40. Cora P. HILLIARD. Born on 21 Dec 1886 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Cora P. died in Oklahoma.

Cora P. married Auel RODGERS. Auel died in Oklahoma.

They had the following children:
i. George.

ii. Lec.

iii. Fred.

iv. Thelma.


41. Homer L. HILLIARD. Born on 11 Dec 1888 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 85, Homer L. died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 14 Nov 1974. Buried in Jamison Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 24 Dec 1911 when Homer L. was 23, he married Eura BLOUNT, daughter of Cinny Gray BLOUNT (1867-1945) & Eudora Lee McAULEY (1870-1898), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 11 Aug 1891 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 90, Eura died in Carroll County, Tennessee in 1982.

They had the following children:
90 i. Dora Lee (1920-)
91 ii. Homer Lloyd (1927-)
