1. Thomas WILLIAMS. Born in 1803 in Rockingham County, North Carolina. At the age of 49, Thomas died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 16 Jun 1852. Buried in Jun 1852 in Blair Cemetery, Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1850.

Thomas married Harriet BLAIR, daughter of William BLAIR ( 1780-ca1850) & Charity SHEPPARD ( 1787- 1850). Born in 1809 in Guildford County, North Carolina. At the age of 52, Harriet died in Carroll County, Tennessee in Mar 1861. Buried in Mar 1861 in Blair Cemetery, Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1850.

They had the following children:

3 ii. Amelia E. (1830-1889)
iii. Mary M.. Born on 10 Oct 1832. At the age of 23, Mary M. died on 6 Oct 1856. Buried in Oct 1856 in Blair Cemetery, Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 17 Oct 1853 when Mary M. was 21, she married Thomas R. LIFSEY, son of Edwin LIFSEY & (wife unknown), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 21 Jul 1831 in North Carolina. At the age of 76, Thomas R. died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 23 Oct 1907. Buried on 23 Oct 1907 in Obion Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1860. Resided in 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1870. Religion: Member of Williams Chapel Church of Christ, Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Thomas was living in house # 1630, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee, during the 1860 Census. Name is misspelled as Leftus instead of Lifsey.
