12. Rebecca WALKER. Born on 1 Jan 1842 in Tennessee. At the age of 62, Rebecca died in Chesterfield, Henderson County, Tennessee on 23 Feb 1904. Resided in District 16, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1850. Resided in District 16, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1870. Alias/AKA: "Beckie".

Rebecca married Reverend Sion SKIPPER. Born in 1828 in South Carolina.

They had the following children:

13. William Henry WALKER. Born on 7 Sep 1844 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 54, William Henry died on 5 Jul 1899. Buried in Jul 1899 in Union Church Cemetery, Lone Elm, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 16, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1850.

In 1862 when William Henry was 17, he married Nancy Jerome ROBERTS, daughter of Charles ROBERTS (1800-) & Mary ? (1798-). Born on 30 Oct 1846 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 81, Nancy Jerome died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 20 Oct 1928. Buried in Oct 1928 in Union Church Cemetery, Lone Elm, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 17, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1850.

14. Granville M. 15. Louise A. WALKER. Born on 28 Jan 1850 in Henderson Cemetery, Henderson, Chester County, Tennessee. At the age of 84, Louise A. died in Chesterfield, Henderson County, Tennessee on 26 Jan 1935. Buried in Jan 1935 in Union Church Cemetery, Chesterfield, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 19 Dec 1867 when Louise A. was 17, she married William P. ESSARY. Born on 23 Dec 1839. At the age of 93, William P. died on 8 Mar 1933. Buried in Mar 1933 in Union Church Cemetery, Lone Elm, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Military: Served in Company A, 110th Illinois Infantry Regiment during the American Civil War.

Ernest W. Essary was born near the Village of Lone Elm (Chesterfield), eight miles east of Lexington. He had his early educational training in the common schools of the County, after which he entered the Southwestern Baptist (now Union) University at Jackson, where he received his B. A. Degree. He then returned to his native county where he became principal of a school at Lexington. After two years he entered the Cumberland University Law School at Lebanon, Tennessee, receiving his Law Degree there, and was licensed to practice law on May 18, 1896. He then returned to Lexington and formed partnership with S. E. Murray, the style of the firm being "Murray & Essary". This partnership continued for several years after which a partnership was formed with W. H. Denison, the style of the firm being Essary & Denison. This association continued until Denison retired to become Circuit Judge of this Judicial Circuit. In the fall of 1896 he was elected to the Legislature and represented Henderson County two terms. He was then elected Mayor of the Town of Lexington and served one term. In the Presidential Campaign of 1904 Mr. Essary was a Republican Elector from the Eighth Congressional District and in 1908 was sent as a delegate to the National Republican Convention at Chicago from the State at large. From 1910 to 1914 he was State Prison Commissioner. When Hoover was nominated as a Candidate for President, Mr. Essary again represented his District as a Republican Delegate to that Convention at Kansas City, Missouri.

Mr. Essary is the present County Attorney for Henderson County and is engaged in practicing law with his son under the style of "Essary & Essary".

Mr. Essary was married to the eldest daughter of Dr. W. T. Watson and from that union he had two children, a son Ernest, W. Jr., who is now a law partner with him, and a daughter, Mary Louise, who intermarried with Elmer O. Scates, now residing in Memphis, Tennessee.

His father, Mr. William Essary of Chesterfield, is perhaps the oldest citizen in the County. He was a Union soldier during the Civil War and has since been an influential citizen. He has ever been a friend to the poor and has helped many a man purchase a home. He is yet active, driving or riding his horse when he wishes, and is loved and honored by those who know him.

John T. Moore was a lawyer serving in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

16. Levi Lafayette WALKER. Born on 22 Sep 1852 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 71, Levi Lafayette died in Chesterfield, Henderson County, Tennessee on 30 Jul 1924. Buried in Aug 1924 in Union Church Cemetery, Lone Elm, Henderson County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Fayette".

Levi Lafayette first married Josephine Ann GARRETT. Born on 20 Nov 1853. At the age of 27, Josephine Ann died on 12 Jan 1881. Buried in Jan 1881 in Union Church Cemetery, Lone Elm, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. Cora May. Born on 22 Dec 1874. At the age of 2, Cora May died on 23 Jul 1877. Buried in Jul 1877 in Union Church Cemetery, Lone Elm, Henderson County, Tennessee.

iii. Eunice W.. Born on 7 Apr 1879. At the age of 5, Eunice W. died on 3 Mar 1885.

Levi Lafayette second married Mary Ellen WALLACE. Born on 22 Mar 1858. At the age of 38, Mary Ellen died on 18 May 1896.

i. Essie Day. Born on 3 Aug 1887. Essie Day died on 12 Aug 1887.

ii. Jessie Fay. Born on 8 Jul 1893. At the age of 8, Jessie Fay died on 24 Jun 1902.

iii. Marion Ellis. Born on 12 May 1896. Marion Ellis died on 29 Jun 1896.

iv. Ophelia Gertrude. Resided in Cardwell, Missouri in Aug 1924.

v. Hulie J.. Resided in Cardwell, Missouri in Aug 1924.

vi. Calla Lily. Resided in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee in Aug 1924.

Calla Lily married E.G. MAXWELL.
