277. Elmer Troy HOLLOWELL. Born in 1914 in Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1920. Resided in District 14, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930.

Elmer Troy married Lucille KENNON.

They had the following children:
i. Kay.
ii. Ginger.

278. Willie B. HOLLOWELL. Born in 1916 in Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in District 1, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1920. Resided in District 14, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930.

Willie B. first married Kate ORR, daughter of Eugene A. ORR (1877-1966) & Sarah Vella CRIDER (1880-1951). Born in 1915 in Tennessee. Resided in District 13, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1920.

They had the following children:
524 i. Roger Glynn (1938-)
ii. Mary.

Mary married Lieutenant Colonel William COWAN Retired. Alias/AKA: "Bill".

William Cowan was the Professor of Military Science at the University of Tennessee at Martin during the period 1984-1987. He retired from the Army and taught Junior ROTC in Calloway County, Kentucky.

Willie B. second married Ruth ?.
