PHILLIPS. Born in 1848 in Tennessee. At the age of 87, Joseph W. died in Red River County, Texas on 21 Apr 1935. Resided in 9th District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1850. Resided in Hollow Rock, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1878. Resided in Red River County, Texas in 1900. Resided in Red River County, Texas in 1920.

Joseph W. married Mollie J. ?. Born around 1853.

They had the following children:
i. Lalia.
ii. M.E.. Born around 1875.
