On 26 Dec 1987 when James Ricky was 31, he second married Pamela HAISLIP, daughter of Freddie HAISLIP & Peggy ROBERTS, in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee. Born on 22 May 1964 in Chicago, Illinois.

They had one child:
i. Amanda. Born on 7 Jun 1990 in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 19 Oct 1999 when James Ricky was 43, he third married Tasanee UNGTAI, in Thailand. Born on 20 Sep 1979 in Bangkok, Thailand.

247. Debbie Sue WEBB. Born on 16 Nov 1970. Resided in Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in Sep 2000.

Debbie Sue first married Barry TODD (353) , son of Leon TODD (172) (1931-1988) & Betty WEBB (1935-). Born on 20 Dec 1957.

They had the following children:
i. Steven Leon.
ii. Johnny Lynn.

Debbie Sue second married ? PERRY.
