On 24 Dec 1952 when Mae Helen was 19, she married Bobby Lee PINCKLEY, son of Thomas Franklin PINCKLEY (1875-1951) & Eva Estlee BURGESS (1889-1985), in Corinth, Alcorn County, Mississippi. Born on 15 Feb 1933 in Parkers Crossroads, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. Kenneth. Born in Aug 1956 in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee. Kenneth died in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee in Aug 1956. Buried in Aug 1956 in Roans Creek Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.
