244. Kelly Lee FOSTER. Born on 7 Mar 1974.

On 16 Oct 1999 when Kelly Lee was 25, he married Kerri Blinn HARVEY, daughter of Larry G. HARVEY & Lassie KEEL, in Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Nathan Bedford. Born on 14 Apr 2000.

Marriage Announcement: William C. and Lassie K. Kiser proudly announce the wedding engagement of their daughter, Kerri Blinn Harvey to Kelly Lee Foster. Kerri is the daughter of William C. and Lassie Keel Kiser of Cedar Grove, and the late Larry G. Harvey of Morris Chapel. Kerri's maternal grandparents are Herbert and Vivian Pfuegar and the late Wilburn Doyle Keel of Jackson. Her paternal grandparents are Mildred W. Harvey and the late A.C. Harvey of Morris Chapel. Kerri's step-grandparents are W.H. and Rachel Kiser of Bethel Springs. Kerr is a 1997 graduate of Hardin County High School. She is currently enrolled at Jackson State Community College and employed as a credit reporter in The Credit Bureau of Jackson. Kelly is the son of Frank and Sherry Lewis of Yuma, and Roger L. and Julie Foster of Dallas, TX. Kelly is the maternal grandson of C.L. and Faye Kelly of Yuma. He is the paternal grandson of Nattie Sue Foster and the late Otis Lee Foster of Memphis. Kelly's step-grandparents are Dawson and Sue Ann Lewis of Yuma. Kelly is a 1993 graduate of Clarksburg High School. He is also a graduate of Jackson Technology Center. He is employed as an electrician with Bailey's Electric Service in Huntingdon. The wedding ceremony is scheduled to be held on Saturday, October 16, at 3:00 p.m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Yuma. Bro. Andy White will be officiating. No invitations will be sent, but all family and friends are cordially invited to attend.
