87. Henry E. MORGAN. Born in 1873. At the age of 78, Henry E. died in 1951. Buried in 1951 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Henry E. married Lela ?. Born in 1878. At the age of 89, Lela died in 1967. Buried in 1967 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

iii. Bill. Born on 3 Apr 1914. At the age of 82, Bill died on 14 Nov 1996. Buried in Nov 1996 in New Liberty Church Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Bill married Clara M. EDWARDS. Born on 3 Jan 1915. At the age of 80, Clara M. died on 31 Jul 1995. Buried in Aug 1995 in New Liberty Baptist Church Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

88. John W. MORGAN. Born on 10 Jun 1884. At the age of 87, John W. died on 10 Apr 1972. Buried in 1972 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Occupation: Farmer.

On 14 Apr 1914 when John W. was 29, he married Flossie Ethel BELEW, daughter of James Richard BELEW (1846-1917) & Verona Ann HARDY (1853-1931). Born on 23 Nov 1888. At the age of 70, Flossie Ethel died in 1959. Buried in 1959 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Thelma K.. Born on 9 Mar 1919. At the age of 69, Thelma K. died on 7 Mar 1989. Buried in 1989 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Occupation: School Teacher, Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee.


89. Mary Elizabeth MORGAN. Born on 12 Jul 1886 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 80, Mary Elizabeth died on 11 Apr 1967. Buried in 1967 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 9 Aug 1908 when Mary Elizabeth was 22, she married Henry Alfred LEDSINGER, son of Jasper D. LEDSINGER (1866-1930) & Aslee JOHNSON (1868-1924), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 20 Mar 1888 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 48, Henry Alfred died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 10 Aug 1936. Buried in 1936 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

vi. Morgan. Born on 6 Mar 1920 in Cedar Grove, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 80, Morgan died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 18 Dec 2000. Buried on 20 Dec 2000 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in Cedar Grove, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1999.

Morgan was a disabled World War II Veteran and a member of the Disabled American Veterans.

Obituary: Morgan Ledsinger, 80, of Huntingdon, died Monday, December 18, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 20, at Dilday Funeral Home. Rev. Logan Fortner officiated. Burial followed in the Palestine Cemetery, near Cedar Grove. Mr. Ledsinger, the son of the late Henry and Mary Morgan Ledsinger, was born March 6, 1920, in Cedar Grove. He was a disabled World War II Army Veteran and a member of the Disabled American Veterans. He is survived by three sisters, Jane Graves and Margaret Pendergrass, both of Huntingdon, and Hazel Stray of Wayland, Michigan; and many nieces and nephews.

Morgan married Madeline KELLY, daughter of Noel Valentine KELLY & Pearl LEWIS (1887-). Born on 14 Dec 1909 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 93, Madeline died in Bruceton, Carroll County, Tennessee on 31 Dec 2002. Buried on 2 Jan 2003 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Cedar Grove, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Mrs. Madelene Ledsinger, 93, died on Tuesday, December 31 at the Life Care Center in Bruceton. Funeral services were conducted on Thursday, January 2 at 11:00 a.m. in the Chase Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Joe Shaffer and Bro. Aaron Sirks officiating. Interment followed in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Ledsinger was born on December 14, 1909 in Carroll County to the late Noel and Pearl Lewis Kelly. She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time gardening, sewing and cooking. A daughter, Audrey Bowers and a grandson, Dennie Thomsen also preceded her in death. Survivors include one daughter, Sue Thomsen of Collegedale; three sons, Wayne Dunn and Weldon Dunn, both of Cedar Grove and Charles Dunn of Lockport Illinois; two sisters, Berlyn Barger and Nolene Barger; two brothers, Dwayne Kelly and Billy Dean Kelly, all of Cedar Grove; seven grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Morgan and Madeline had no children.

vii. Ella Jane. Born on 17 Feb 1922. Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1999.

In 1941 when Ella Jane was 18, she married James Bryant GRAVES. James Bryant died in 1942.
