27. Arthur Blaine RAINEY. Born on 16 Nov 1885 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 73, Arthur Blaine died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 12 Oct 1959. Buried in Oct 1959 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 1st District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1920.

In 1908 when Arthur Blaine was 22, he married Lovie ROBERTS, daughter of William Sanders ROBERTS (1865-1938) & Mary E. RUSH (1857-1928), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born in 1889 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Buried in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 1st District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1920.

They had the following children:
57 i. Willie Beatrice (1909-)
ii. Emmett Escue. Born on 8 Jan 1911 in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 63, Emmett Escue died in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee in Sep 1974.
58 iii. Effie Lena (1913-1988)
iv. Alma Lee. Born on 15 Nov 1916 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 73, Alma Lee died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 20 Dec 1989. Buried in Dec 1989 in Palmer Shelter Cemetery, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 5 Nov 1938 when Alma Lee was 21, she married Bennie Lee WILKES, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 2 Dec 1913. At the age of 84, Bennie Lee died on 8 Oct 1998. Buried in Oct 1998 in Palmer Shelter Cemetery, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

28. Addison Escue RAINEY. Born in 1886 in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 74, Addison Escue died in Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1960. Buried in 1960 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930. Alias/AKA: "Addie".

On 23 Dec 1911 when Addison Escue was 25, he married Bevie WALL, daughter of Thomas Green WALL (1849-1930) & Mattie W. HOOD (1862-). Born on 27 Jun 1893 in Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 81, Bevie died in 1975. Buried in 1975 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1930.

They had the following children:

iii. Margaret Helen. Born in 1922 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

Margaret Helen Rainey never married. Margaret served the public as the 5th grade school teacher and later, the high school librarian at Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee.
61 iv. Thomas Lloyd (1924-)

29. Luther Emmett RAINEY. Born in 1888 in Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 57, Luther Emmett died in Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1945. Resided in District 14, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1920.

Luther and his father, Andrew Jackson Rainey, were in the mercantile and farming business know as A.J. Rainey and Son. Luther and "Lizzie" ran the business until Luther's death in 1945. "Lizzie" continued to run the business until 1945, when she moved to Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee.

In 1912 when Luther Emmett was 24, he married Lizzie Mainord BELEW, daughter of William Etheridge BELEW (1862-1949) & Ruthie A. SCOTT (1861-1943), in Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 23 Dec 1893 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 90, Lizzie Mainord died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee in May 1984. Resided in District 14, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1920.

They had one child:
62 i. Mary Evelyn (1916-1995)
