12. Andrew Jackson Donelson RAINEY. Born in 1858 in Maple Creek, 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 84, Andrew Jackson Donelson died in Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1942. Buried in 1942 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1920. Occupation: Grocer in Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Dack".

A.J. Rainey was the owner of Rainey's Grocery, in Yuma, Tennessee. The store was the first in the long line of buildings and was directly across from A.B. Wood's Blacksmith Shop. There was a Rainey's Grocery sign painted on the bricks on the side of the building and another that said Drink Grapette.

Andrew Jackson Donelson married Sarah Amanda TODD, daughter of William Fletcher TODD (1834-1916) & Mary E. GRIGGS (1838-1915). Born in 1863. At the age of 62, Sarah Amanda died in 1925. Buried in 1925 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1920. Alias/AKA: "Sallie".

They had the following children:
27 i. Arthur Blaine (1885-1959)
28 ii. Addison Escue (1886-1960)
29 iii. Luther Emmett (1888-1945)

13. William George Young RAINEY. Born on 25 Apr 1866 in Maple Creek, 14th District, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 81, William George Young died in Medina, Gibson County, Tennessee on 16 May 1947. Buried in May 1947 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 29 Jul 1889 when William George Young was 23, he first married Laura Frances BOLEN, daughter of Sion Monroe BOLEN (1850-1919) & Amanda E. MELTON (1853-1888), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 12 Apr 1872 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 38, Laura Frances died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 29 Nov 1910. Buried in Nov 1910 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. Ollie. Born on 23 Jan 1891.

ca 1910 when Ollie was 18, she married Benjamin HUDSON, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 5 Jul 1890. At the age of 77, Benjamin died in Dec 1967. Alias/AKA: "Bennie".

ii. Earnest. Born on 24 Apr 1896. At the age of 2, Earnest died on 1 Jun 1898. Buried in Jun 1898 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee.

iii. Dennis Grayden. Born on 27 Jun 1899.

Dennis Grayden first married Virginia LEE.

Dennis Grayden second married Helen WILSON.

iv. Reuben Luther. Born on 11 Jun 1906 in Wildersville, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Reuben Luther married Mae DERRYBERRY.

v. Capitola. Born in Mar 1910.

In 1933 when Capitola was 22, he married Lucille HORN, in Carroll County, Tennessee.

vi. Melton.


On 21 Jan 1911 when William George Young was 44, he second married Alice HOLMES, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 8 Mar 1879. At the age of 69, Alice died on 1 Jan 1949. Buried in Jan 1949 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee.

14. Alice Jane RAINEY. Born on 4 Aug 1872 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 32, Alice Jane died on 4 Dec 1904. Buried in Dec 1904 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee.

In 1894 when Alice Jane was 21, she married Isaac Jones BLOUNT, son of John Grey BLOUNT (1821-1909) & Winnie Ridley HAMPTON (1830-1901), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 16 Jan 1870 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 80, Isaac Jones died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 5 Dec 1950. Buried in Dec 1950 in New Hope Cemetery, Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
30 i. Eunice (1895-1989)
31 ii. Opal Lillian (1899-1988)
