115. Opal C. LEDSINGER. Born on 5 Feb 1913 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 89, Opal C. died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 8 Feb 2002. Buried on 10 Feb 2002 in Leach Seventh Day Adventist Church Cemetery, Leach, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Obituary: CEDAR GROVE: Mrs. Opal C. Fry, 89, died Friday, February 8 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Funeral services were conducted on Sunday, February 10 at the Leach Seventh Day Adventist Church with Brother Jim Humphrey officiating. Interment followed in the church cemetery. Mrs. Fry was born February 5, 1913 in Henderson County to the late Crawford and Bertha Kelly Ledsinger. She was a retired cook for Care Inn and a member of the Leach Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, B. D. Fry; a son Bobby Fry and a sister, Mildred Dunn. Survivors include two sons, Jerry H. Fry of Cedar Grove and Sammy Joe Fry of Huntingdon; a sister, Susie Parham; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. Dilday Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements

In 1929 when Opal C. was 15, she married B. D. FRY. Born on 4 Mar 1906. At the age of 82, B. D. died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 5 Oct 1988.

They had the following children:
i. Bobby. Born on 7 Aug 1930. At the age of 18, Bobby died on 1 May 1949.

iii. Sammie Joe. Born on 1 Feb 1936.

On 7 Aug 1954 when Sammie Joe was 18, he married Mary Evelyn KIRBY. Born on 1 Jan 1936.


116. Susie Elizabeth LEDSINGER. Born on 15 Aug 1915. At the age of 87, Susie Elizabeth died on 29 May 2003. Buried on 31 May 2003 in Leach Seventh Day Adventist Church Cemetery, Leach, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Services for Susie Elizabeth Parham, 87, will be held at 2:00 p.m. today, May 31, 2003 at Leach Seventh Day Adventist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Parham died Thursday, May 29, 2003 at Huntingdon Health & Rehabilitation Center. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Watson of Huntingdon, TN; sons, Billy Parham and David Parham of Huntingdon, TN, Jackie Parham of Cedar Grove, TN, Jimmy Parham of Bartlett, TN and Ronnie Parham of Hickory Hill, IL; 13 grandchildren, 7 step-grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren; 14 step-great grandchildren and 2 step-great great grandchildren.

On 4 Jul 1932 when Susie Elizabeth was 16, she married M. Lewis Clark PARHAM. Born in 1912. At the age of 65, M. Lewis Clark died in 1977. Buried in 1977 in Tate Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

iii. Ronnie. Resided in Hickory Hill, Illinois in May 2003.

Ronnie married Pansy HART.

117. Mildred Irene LEDSINGER. Born on 13 Jul 1919 in Gibson County, Tennessee. At the age of 78, Mildred Irene died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 27 Apr 1998.

On 24 Sep 1939 when Mildred Irene was 20, she married James Dorsie DUNN, son of Will DUNN & Cora BLACK. Born on 19 Dec 1918 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 83, James Dorsie died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 4 Jun 2002. Buried on 6 Jun 2002 in Leach Seventh Day Adventist Church, Leach, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Services for Dorsie J. Dunn, 86, will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 6, 2002 at Dilday Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Leach Seventh Day Adventist Cemetery. She died Tuesday, June 4, 2002 at Huntingdon Health & Rehabilitation Center. She is survived by a son, Randall Dunn of Huntingdon, TN.

Obituary: Mr. Dorsie J. Dunn, 86, died Tuesday, June 4 at the Huntingdon Health and Rehabilitation Center. Funeral services were conducted on Thursday, June 6 in the Dilday Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Rick Crossno officiating. Interment followed at the Leach Seventh Day Adventist Cemetery. Mr. Dunn was born December 19, 1915 to the late Will and Cora Black Dunn in Carroll County. He was a retired supervisor for the Carroll County Highway Department and a member of the Leach Seventh Day Adventist Church. His wife, Mildred Irene Dunn, preceded him in death. Survivors include one son, Randall Dunn of Huntingdon; two grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
