28. Melvina Elizabeth PEARSON. Born on 8 Oct 1869 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 54, Melvina Elizabeth died in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee on 18 May 1924. Buried in May 1924 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Lovie".

On 13 Feb 1889 when Melvina Elizabeth was 19, she married James Robert DENNISON, son of Washington H DENNISON (1837-1906) & Martha Jane FULLER (1847-1932). Born on 9 Nov 1866 in Tennessee. At the age of 88, James Robert died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 11 Oct 1955. Resided in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee in 1943.

They had the following children:

29. Walter C. PEARSON. Born on 24 Nov 1871 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 57, Walter C. died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 25 Apr 1929. Buried in 1929 in Lexington Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.


On 4 Mar 1896 when Walter C. was 24, he married Ella HOWARD, daughter of Richard William HOWARD (1849-1929) & Lula HENRY. Born on 3 Oct 1874 in Madison County, Tennessee. At the age of 50, Ella died on 25 Jul 1925. Buried in 1925 in Lexington Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

ii. Evelyn. Born on 22 Feb 1899 in Timberlake, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 9 Apr 1931 when Evelyn was 32, she married Ennie FANNING, in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Marriage Announcement: Announcement is made of a marriage very interesting to a number of friends, which occurred April 9, in Huntingdon, when Miss Evelyn Pearson and Mr. Innis Fanning were married, the Rev. Dr. H. O. Garden, of the Presbyterian Church, officiating. The bride is a very charming member of a family which has been prominent socially and in the business affairs of Henderson county for years. For several years she has held a clerical position in the First National Bank and is very popular socially and in the business world. The groom is equally well connected and has been very successful in professional baseball and auto racing. Intimate friends have known of the marriage for some time but in the modern fashion they have kept their secret until it suited their pleasure to permit others to express the good wishes which are so generally felt for their happiness. They are now at home to their friend at Mrs. Pearson's apartment in the old Pearson home.

30. Priestly Peter PEARSON , Senior. Born on 21 Mar 1874 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 80, Priestly Peter died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 9 Apr 1954. Buried in 1954 in Lexington Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Occupation: Cotton Ginner and farmer. Alias/AKA: "Priest".

On 24 Nov 1907 when Priestly Peter was 33, he married Ida SANDERS. Born in 1886. At the age of 75, Ida died in 1961. Buried in 1961 in Lexington Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

ii. Mary. Born on 24 Mar 1897 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Mary died in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee on 22 Jun 1897. Buried in Jun 1897 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

iii. John. Resided in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee.


32. Leo Howard PEARSON Senior. Born in 1881 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 54, Leo Howard died in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee on 15 Aug 1935. Buried in 1935 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.


On 10 May 1910 when Leo Howard was 29, he married Estell HARDIN. Born in 1881. At the age of 70, Estell died in 1951.

They had the following children:

ii. Leo H.. Born on 22 Jul 1915.

On 23 Mar 1940 when Leo H. was 24, he married Grace WADE.
