2. William PALMER (Demarcus ) was born 1808 in North Carolina. He died 1876 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

Burial Location: Tucker's Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee

William married Nancy HARRIS on 1829. Nancy died 1887 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

Burial Location: Tucker's Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee

William and Nancy had the following children:

4 M i Tilman PALMER was born 1831.

Tilman married (1) Margaret BLAIR.

Tilman also married (2) Elizabeth BROWN.
5 M ii Socrates PALMER was born 1833. He died 1858.
6 M iii William Albert PALMER was born 07 Aug 1845. He died 25 Sep 1911 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

Burial Location: Blair Cemetery, Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee

William married (1) Martha BELEW.

William also married (2) Susan HART.
+ 7 F iv Martha Bell PALMER was born 1849 and died 1906.

3. Lee PALMER (Demarcus ) was born 1799. He died 1858.

MISCELLANEOUS: Lee Palmer deeded a lot on October 21, 1859, to the Methodist Church which was to also to include a graveyard. This is the church and cemetery known as Palmer's Shelter Methodist Church and Cemetery located south of Huntingdon, Tennessee on the Purdy Road.

Lee married (1) Nancy PARKER.

Lee also married (2) ELIZABETH.

Lee also married (3) Frances Webb CRIDER on 1853.

They had the following children:

8 M i John H. PALMER.
9 M ii William Green PALMER.
10 M iii Jesse PALMER.
11 F iv Sarah Vaughn PALMER.
