Family of Doctor Joseph Williams McCALL (10) & Victoria Adelaide WILSON

34. Lenora McCALL. Born in 1859 in Clarksburg, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 4 Jun 1877 when Lenora was 18, she married James C. COURTS, in Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. Lenora.

ii. Sue.


35. Emma Josephine McCALL. Born on 9 Jan 1862 in Tennessee. At the age of 94, Emma Josephine died on 3 Jun 1956.

Emma Josephine married Ernest HAWKINS.

They had the following children:
i. Adelaide.

Adelaide married Martin Smith ROBERTS Junior.

ii. Lenora.

Lenora married Smith CHILDS.

iii. Mary Aileen.

Mary Aileen married Leonard EDWARDS.


36. James Henry McCALL Senior. Born on 4 Sep 1867 in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 63, James Henry died in Nashville, Davidson County, Tennessee on 26 Feb 1931. Buried in Feb 1931 in Clark Cemetery, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Served in the U.S. Army as a Surgeon, U.S. Public Health, Marine Hospital Service, 1897, Spanish American War, 1898, Philippine Insurrection 1901, Mexican Border 1916, and World War I, 1918.


In 1890 when James Henry was 22, he married Olla TEACHOUT, daughter of E. B. TEACHOUT, in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 28 Jan 1871. At the age of 81, Olla died on 9 Dec 1952. Buried in Dec 1952 in Clark Cemetery, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. Joseph W.. Born in 1892 in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Joseph McCall served as an officer in the Army during World War I.

ii. Adlaide. Born on 18 Nov 1893. At the age of 70, Adlaide died on 7 Aug 1964.

Adlaide married Robert H. CARTER.

iii. Louise. Born on 8 May 1896.

iv. James Henry. Born on 5 May 1898. At the age of 59, James Henry died on 20 Sep 1957. Buried in Sep 1957 in Clark Cemetery, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

James Henry married Frances FREEMAN.
