Dorothy Mae COFFMAN. Born on 28 May 1937 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 63, Dorothy Mae died in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee on 11 Jul 2000. Buried in Jul 2000 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in Trezevant, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Dorothy May Oliver, 63, of Trezevant, died Tuesday, July 11, at Methodist Hospital in Memphis. Services were held at 1 p.m. Friday, July 14, at Brummit Funeral Home in Trezevant. Bro. Malcolm Norton officiated. Burial followed in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Oliver, the daughter of the late Jesse Lemon Coffman and Addie Mae Thomas Coffman, was born May 28, 1937, in Lexington. She was a retired inspector for Ceco Mfg Co. in Milan and a member of the Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by a son, Harold Butler, Jr. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Oliver; two daughters, Vicki DePriest of Urbana, Illinois, and Teresa Butler of Trezevant; three sons, Steve Butler and Randy Butler, both of Trezevant, and Dale Oliver of Huntingdon; a sister, Doris Colemen of Beech Bluff; five brothers, Wayne Coffman of Humboldt, Jim Coffman, Cletus Coffman and Jerry Coffman, all of Atwood, and Donnie Coffman of Cedar Grove; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Dorothy Mae first married Henry Harold BUTLER Senior. Born on 9 Sep 1932.

They had the following children:
i. Vicki Lynn. Resided in Urbana, Illinois in Jul 2000.

Vicki Lynn married Fred DEPRIEST.

ii. Henry Harold.

Henry Harold married Cynthia ROGERS.

iii. Allen Steve. Resided in Trezevant, Carroll County, Tennessee in Jul 2000.

iv. Randall Freeman. Resided in Trezevant, Carroll County, Tennessee in Jul 2000.

v. Teresa Ann. Resided in Trezevant, Carroll County, Tennessee in Jul 2000.


Dorothy Mae second married Kenneth OLIVER.

They had one child:
i. Dale. Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in Jul 2000.


214. Wayne Maxwell COFFMAN. Born in 1930. At the age of 71, Wayne Maxwell died in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee in Feb 2001. Buried on 26 Feb 2001 in Hopewell Cemetery, Lavinia, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in Humboldt, Gibson County, Tennessee in Jul 2000.

Wayne Maxwell married Helen CAPPS.

They had the following children:
i. Jacquelyn. Resided in Humboldt, Gibson County, Tennessee in Feb 2001.

215. Donny Eugene COFFMAN. Resided in Cedar Grove, Carroll County, Tennessee in Jul 2000.

Donny Eugene first married Cathy RICKETTS.

They had the following children:
i. Jessica Elaine. Born on 3 Jul 1980 in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee. At the age of 18, Jessica Elaine died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 18 Oct 1998. Buried in 1998 in Hopewell Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Jessica Elaine Coffman, 18, of Lavinia, died Sunday, October 18,1998, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Services will be held today (Wednesday, October 21) at 11 a.m., at Bodkin Funeral Home. Rev. Klay Aspinwall will be officiating. Burial will follow up in Hopewell Cemetery. Ms. Coffman was born July 3, 1980, in Jackson. She was the daughter of Donnie E. Coffman and Cathy Ricketts Coffman of Lavinia. She was a 1998 graduate of West Carroll High School.
Besides her parents, she is survived by a sister, Tammy Jean Coffman of Lavinia; a half-brother, Jeffrey Don Coffman of Milan; a half sister, Donna Leigh Bates of Grand Ridge, Florida; her maternal grandmother, Blanche D. Webbe of Milan.
