41. Henry Alfred LEDSINGER. Born on 20 Mar 1888 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 48, Henry Alfred died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 10 Aug 1936. Buried in 1936 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 9 Aug 1908 when Henry Alfred was 20, he married Mary Elizabeth MORGAN, daughter of William Rufus MORGAN (1858-1890) & Armeilia Jane KIRBY (1856-1931), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 12 Jul 1886 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 80, Mary Elizabeth died on 11 Apr 1967. Buried in 1967 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

vi. Morgan. Born on 6 Mar 1920 in Cedar Grove, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 80, Morgan died in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee on 18 Dec 2000. Buried on 20 Dec 2000 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in Cedar Grove, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1999.

Morgan was a disabled World War II Veteran and a member of the Disabled American Veterans.

Obituary: Morgan Ledsinger, 80, of Huntingdon, died Monday, December 18, at Baptist Memorial Hospital. Services were held at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday, December 20, at Dilday Funeral Home. Rev. Logan Fortner officiated. Burial followed in the Palestine Cemetery, near Cedar Grove. Mr. Ledsinger, the son of the late Henry and Mary Morgan Ledsinger, was born March 6, 1920, in Cedar Grove. He was a disabled World War II Army Veteran and a member of the Disabled American Veterans. He is survived by three sisters, Jane Graves and Margaret Pendergrass, both of Huntingdon, and Hazel Stray of Wayland, Michigan; and many nieces and nephews.

Morgan married Madeline KELLY, daughter of Noel Valentine KELLY & Pearl LEWIS.

Morgan and Madeline had no children.

vii. Ella Jane. Born on 17 Feb 1922. Resided in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1999.

In 1941 when Ella Jane was 18, she married James Bryant GRAVES. James Bryant died in 1942.

42. James Joseph LEDSINGER. Born on 17 Apr 1892.

On 4 Apr 1909 when James Joseph was 16, he married Nomie Florence KIRBY, daughter of Jacob A. KIRBY (1857-1938) & Arena Frances KEE (1860-1938), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born in Jan 1892. Resided in California.

They had the following children:
i. J.D.. Born on 7 Jul 1911.

97 iii. James Carl (1922-)

43. Nona Mai LEDSINGER. Born on 4 May 1898. At the age of 20, Nona Mai died in 1919. Buried in 1919 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Nona Mai married Alfred Shaver SMITH, son of William G. SMITH & Matilda MORGAN. Born on 18 Oct 1889. At the age of 72, Alfred Shaver died in Bruceton, Carroll County, Tennessee on 25 Apr 1962.

They had the following children:
98 i. William Jasper (1916-1995)
ii. Vera Inez. Born in 1918.

Vera Inez married Blanton Garfield HAMPTON. Born in 1903.

iii. Willie Viola. Born in 1919. At the age of 27, Willie Viola died in 1946. Buried in 1946 in Palestine Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.


44. Perlie Lee LEDSINGER. Born on 12 Jun 1904 in Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 16 Nov 1919 when Perlie Lee was 15, she married Bonnie France WILLIAMSON, son of William H. WILLIAMSON (1868-) & M.E. KIRBY. Born on 27 Jul 1896.

They had one child:
99 i. Martha Lee (1921-)
