On 9 Aug 1975 when Michael Lynn was 18, he first married Sandra Lynn FLANAGAN. Alias/AKA: "Penny". They were divorced in 1981.

Michael Lynn second married Marie SELLS.

They had one child:

Laura Jill married David MONTGOMERY.
