98. James Steven LAWS. Born on 24 Dec 1959. Resided in Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in Jan 2004.

On 23 Nov 1978 when James Steven was 18, he married Brenda Kaye WALL, daughter of James Harlon WALL (1925-2005) & Helen SCOTT (1925-1989). Born on 13 Mar 1960.

They had one child:
i. Ashley Lorene. Born on 28 Feb 1990.

Ashley had open heart surgery at the age of 3 1/2 months.


99. Stanley Ray LAWS. Born on 17 Nov 1962 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in Clarksburg, 13th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1999.

On 21 Nov 1980 when Stanley Ray was 18, he married Donna Gail McDANIEL, daughter of Thomas Earl McDANIEL (1927-) & Brooksie PENDERGRASS (1928-), in Clarksburg, Tennessee. Born on 17 Jan 1962 in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in Smyrna, Tennessee in Jul 2002. They were divorced on 30 Jan 1985.

1999 - Special Education Teacher at Lexington High School in 1999.


July 2002 - Serves as a military technician in the Tennessee Army National Guard, Nashville, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Stan Alan. Born on 13 Jan 1983 in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee.


100. Phillip Dale LAWS. Born on 7 Apr 1969.

On 30 Oct 1987 when Phillip Dale was 18, he first married Laura Mahaley TURNER. Born on 7 Oct 1970. They were divorced in 1993.

They had the following children:
i. Daniel Houston. Born on 27 Apr 1988.

ii. Rachel Sophia. Born on 27 Mar 1990.

iii. Anna Camiel. Born on 21 Sep 1991.


On 1 Dec 1995 when Phillip Dale was 26, he second married Debra ROWLAND, daughter of Marshall ROWLAND.

They had one child:
i. Jennifer Lynn (Step Child of Husband).

On 14 Feb 2004 Jennifer Lynn married William Thomas RHODES, son of William RHODES & Alesia RAINEY, in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Marriage Announcement: Mr. and Mrs. Phillip Laws and Mr. and William Rhodes would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their children, Jennifer Lynn Huey and William Thomas Rhodes. Jennifer is a member of Faith in Christ Church in Huntingdon and employed at D & D in Lexington. Jennifer's grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Marshall Rowland, Mr. and Mrs. Wilburn Laws, and Mr. and Mrs. John Huey of Huntingdon. William is a 2003 graduate of Clarksburg High School, a member of Faith in Christ Church in Huntingdon and is employed by Dyer Employment at MIG in Lexington. William's grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Rainey of Clarksburg, Mr. and Mrs. Evert Maness of Wildersville, and Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Howard Rhodes of Lexington. Great-grandparents are Ms. Daltha Miller and Ms. Pauline Woods of Lexington. The wedding will take place on February 14th at 3 p.m. at Faith in Christ Church in Huntingdon. Music will start at 2:30 p.m. Pastor Wayne Burton will be uniting the couple. A reception will follow in the fellowship hall. Everyone is invited to attend. Invitations are being set to out-of-state guests only.


Phillip Laws and Debra Rowland have no children.

101. Cynthia Dianne LAWS. Born on 7 Apr 1969. Alias/AKA: "Cindy".

On 17 Aug 1991 when Cynthia Dianne was 22, she married Randall Hugh PHIFER, son of Hugh PHIFER & Rosalie ?.

They had the following children:
i. Haden Luke. Born on 1 Aug 1996.

ii. Kaylee Layne. Born on 19 Jun 2000.


Randall and Cynthia live in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
