On 24 Dec 1947 when Robert Lawton was 21, he married Betty Jo PAGE, daughter of Rufus Floyd PAGE (1898-1948) & Elizabeth RINGOLD (1899-1988). Born on 26 Apr 1931.

They had the following children:
