648. James William JACKSON. Born in 1924. At the age of 78, James William died in Cedar Grove, Carroll County, Tennessee on 7 Dec 2002. Buried on 10 Dec 2002 in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Cedar Grove, Carroll County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Funeral services for James W. Jackson, age 78, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 10, 2002 at Bodkin Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, near Cedar Grove, TN. Mr. Jackson, a retired employee of Milan Army Ammunition Plant, died December 7, 2002 at his residence. He was a member of The Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church and a U. S. Army Veteran of World War II. He is survived by his wife, Verlan Jackson of Cedar Grove, TN; sons, Keith Jackson of Cedar Grove, TN and Mark Jackson of Humboldt, TN; sisters, Helen Courtney of Milan, TN., Elizabeth Eason of Lexington, TN, Rachel Williams of Dresden, TN, and Ruby Hamrick of Olive Branch, Miss.; brothers, Cecil Jackson of Atwood, TN and Glenn Jackson of Lexington, TN. and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Perlie Smith and brothers, Ray Jackson and Howard Jackson. The family will receive friends after 4:30 today at the Funeral Home. Memorial contributions may be made to Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church.



James William married Virland Elizabeth SPAIN.

They had the following children:
i. Michael Keith. Born in 1957. Resided in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee in Dec 2002.

ii. Mark Allen. Born in 1961. Resided in Humboldt, Gibson County, Tennessee in Dec 2002.


649. Pearlie Jane JACKSON. Born in 1926.

Pearlie Jane married Alvin Angris SMITH.

They had the following children:
i. James Earl. Born in 1945.

650. Clarence Cecil JACKSON. Born in 1932. Resided in Atwood, Carroll County, Tennessee in Dec 2002.

Clarence Cecil married Frankie Sue CROWE.

They had the following children:
i. Roger Anthony. Born in 1957.

ii. Larry Dale. Born in 1958.

iii. Donna Denise. Born in 1961.

iv. Lisa Dawn. Born in 1964.


651. Helen Cornelia JACKSON. Born in 1935. Resided in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee in Dec 2002.

Helen Cornelia married William Russell COURTNEY.

They had one child:
i. Debra Jean. Born in 1957.


652. Robert Harold JACKSON. Born in 1937 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 58, Robert Harold died in Bruceton, Carroll County, Tennessee on 14 Dec 1995.

Robert Harold married Margie Elaine BARNES.

They had the following children:

653. Mary Elizabeth JACKSON. Born in 1940. Resided in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee in Dec 2002.

Mary Elizabeth married James Ronnie EASON.

They had the following children:
i. Kathy Ann. Born in 1963.

ii. Kayla Elaine. Born in 1965.

iii. Kevin Glenn. Born in 1966.


654. Wadford Glenn JACKSON. Born in 1946. Resided in Milan, Gibson County, Tennessee in 1970. Resided in Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee in Dec 2002.

Wadford Glenn married Sonya Elaine GORDON.

They had the following children:
i. Steve.

ii. Jason.
