On 15 Oct 1988 when Roy Earl was 19, he married Tracy Lynn WOOLEY, daughter of Barry Raymond WOOLEY (1953-1996) & Marsha Lynn SEGRAVES (1953-), in Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Christopher Blake. Born on 25 May 1989.
