On 10 Aug 1957 when Frances Natelle was 17, she married Bobby Gene WAUGH, son of Joe WAUGH (1905-) & Ava Ethel HEDGE (1906-), in Corinth, Mississippi. Born on 23 Jan 1937 in Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in Yuma, Carroll County, Tennessee in 2001. They were divorced in 1979.

They had the following children:
571 i. Sheri Jean (1959-)
572 ii. Barry Glynn (1961-)
iii. Terry Lynne. Born on 9 Dec 1963 in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 28 Jun 1980 when Terry Lynne was 16, she married Timothy Eli McCOY, in Camden, Benton County, Tennessee. Born on 11 Oct 1960.
