Lawton Walter married Ruth PEARSON (248) , daughter of Leo Howard PEARSON Senior (114) (1881-1935) & Estell HARDIN (1881-1951). Resided in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. Jean Ann.

In Nov 1952 Jean Ann married Jesse Alfred MILLER Junior.
ii. Charles Tippie.
