On 13 Nov 1921 when William Aaron was 19, he married Ellie Lucille HOLLADAY, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 27 Feb 1905 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 72, Ellie Lucille died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 12 Feb 1978.

They had the following children:
i. Edward. Born in 1922 in Carroll County, Tennessee. Edward died in Carroll County, Tennessee in 1922.
