On 2 Aug 1972 when Connie Jean was 16, she first married Steven Ray KEEN Senior.

They had the following children:
i. Tonya Nicole. Born on 2 Jul 1973.
ii. Steven Ray. Born on 6 Jul 1979.

On 18 Apr 1982 when Connie Jean was 26, she second married Rodney C. BROWER.
