10. James Monroe ROSS. Born in Jun 1855. Resided in 12th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1870. Resided in 12th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1900.

James Monroe married Nancy Ann GOOCH, daughter of Roland Presnell GOOCH (1832-1910) & Gillie Ann JONES (1836-1908). Born on 3 Aug 1860 in Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 76, Nancy Ann died in Kennett, Dunklin County, Missouri in Nov 1936.

They had the following children:
i. Billie. Born in 1880.
ii. Hiram. Born in 1886.
iii. Florence. Born in Jul 1888.
iv. Lisa. Born in 1890.
v. Eron. Born in 1892.
vi. Clarence. Born in 1894.
vii. Floyd. Born in 1896.

11. Nancy Emaline ROSS. Born on 18 Nov 1864 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 80, Nancy Emaline died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 7 Mar 1945. Buried in 1945 in Palmer Shelter Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in District 12, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1870. Resided in District 12, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1910. Resided in District 12, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1920.

On 9 Feb 1880 when Nancy Emaline was 15, she married John E. BREEDEN, son of Lenzie O. BREEDEN & Elizabeth WILLIAMS (1835-), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 12 Aug 1858 in Missouri. At the age of 69, John E. died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 5 Jun 1928. Buried in 1928 in Palmer Shelter Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in District 12, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1900. Resided in District 12, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1910. Resided in District 12, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1920. Occupation: Farmer. Alias/AKA: "Jack".

iii. Dollie. Born on 22 Feb 1884 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 18, Dollie died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 14 Jan 1903. Buried in 1903 in Palmer Shelter Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

12. William S. ROSS. Born in Aug 1865 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 37, William S. died in 1903. Buried in 1903 in Palmer Shelter Cemetery, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in 12th District, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1870. Alias/AKA: "Billy".

On 15 Aug 1895 when William S. was 30, he married Leila WHITE, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born in 1875. At the age of 26, Leila died in 1901. Buried in 1901 in Palmer Shelter Cemetery, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
31 i. Cauley H. (1896-1975)
ii. Louis H.. Born in 1898 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 21, Louis H. died in 1919. Buried in 1919 in Palmer Shelter Cemetery, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee. Resided in District 12, Carroll County, Tennessee in 1910.
