238. Captain Bradley C. LEWIS. Born on 26 Mar 1968 in Jackson, Madison County, Tennessee. At the age of 37, Bradley C. died in Memphis, Shelby County, Tennessee on 11 Jun 2005. Buried on 15 Jun 2005 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

Obituary: Funeral services for Captain Bradley C. Lewis, age 37, will be held Wednesday, June 15, at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Pafford Funeral Home with Charles Thomason officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in Lexington Cemetery. Brad Lewis, a Captain working in the Facilities Engineer Office with the Tennessee Army National Guard in Nashville, died Saturday, June 11, 2005 in Memphis at the Med. He was a 1992 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, a member of Kappa Alpha fraternity and a member of the UTM Army ROTC where he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant. He was a member of the National Guard Association of Tennessee and the United States and a member of the Oak Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife, Patti McKenzie Lewis and their daughter, Mackenzie Brooke Lewis, both of Murfreesboro; a brother, Jeff Lewis of Lexington; his parents, Jerry Neal and Lynn Williams Lewis of Lexington; his father and mother-in-law, Fate and Jearlean McKenzie of Scotts Hill. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Col. Retired Hollis B. and Alene Petty Williams and Orvie and Lizzie Lewis. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 12:00 PM until 9:00 PM and Wednesday from 9:00 A.M. until service time at Pafford Funeral Home.



Bradley C. married Patti McKENZIE, daughter of Fate McKENZIE & Jearlean ?.

They had one child:
i. Mackenzie Brooke.
