Family of Cleo Patrick LEWIS (56) & Mary Eveline MURREN

122. Sam LEWIS. Born in 1908 in Henderson County, Tennessee.

Died in automobile accident.

Sam married Ruby BLANKENSHIP, daughter of John William BLANKENSHIP (1885-1949) & Eugenia ALTOM (1890-1915). Born in 1909. At the age of 73, Ruby died in 1982. Buried in 1982 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:

194 ii. Sammy Kay
