502. Celia Jane WILEY. Born on 1 Sep 1939. Resided in Albany, Georgia.

On 18 Apr 1959 when Celia Jane was 19, she married William Henry RICKS. Born on 12 Apr 1938 in Dallas, Texas.

They had the following children:
i. William Henry. Born in 1960.
ii. Stephen Eric. Born in 1962.
