William married Brooksie Verleine DILL, daughter of Matthew Alton DILL (1904-1962) & Zelma Zula MANN (1911-2000). Born on 27 May 1934.

They had the following children:

ii. Janet Elaine. Born on 28 Jul 1967. Occupation: Veterinarian, Huntingdon, Carroll County, Tennessee (1999).
