Family of Tabitha GRANT (5) & William MASSEY

15. Martha A. MASSEY. Born on 5 Aug 1830 in Tennessee. At the age of 41, Martha A. died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 20 May 1872. Buried in 1872 in White Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in 8th District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1860.

On 23 Dec 1848 when Martha A. was 18, she married Robert Lee MILAM, son of Robert James MILAM (1790-1842) & Lucy R. (1793-), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born about 1821 in Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in 8th District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1860.

They had the following children:
41 i. William G. (1850-)
42 ii. Sarah Tabitha (1851-1942)
iii. Mary F.. Born about 1852. Resided in 8th District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1860.
43 iv. James Andrew (1858-1929)
44 v. John Marion (1860-1942)
vi. Samuel A.. Buried in Johnson County, Texas.

16. William M. MASSEY. Born in Aug 1835 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 81, William M. died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 14 Sep 1916. Buried in Sep 1916 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Parkers Crossroads, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 27 Jan 1856 when William M. was 20, he married Nancy D. PIERCEY, daughter of Reuben PEARCY (1790-) & Martha (1805-), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born in 1837 in Tennessee. At the age of 72, Nancy D. died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 28 Dec 1909. Buried in 1909 in Parkers Crossroads Cemetery, Parkers Crossroads, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. Joseph. Born about 1857 in Tennessee.

iii. Susan Tennessee. Born on 30 Jun 1861 in Tennessee. At the age of 23, Susan Tennessee died in Tennessee on 26 Jul 1884. Buried in Jul 1884 in White Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 10 Nov 1881 when Susan Tennessee was 20, she married S. J. CHAMBERS, in Carroll County, Tennessee.
46 iv. William Andrew (1865-1935)

17. Dorcas MASSEY. Born on 2 Jun 1837 in Tennessee. At the age of 80, Dorcas died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 18 Jul 1917. Buried in White Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

On 10 May 1855 when Dorcas was 17, she married George C. PEARCY, son of Reuben PEARCY (1790-) & Martha (1805-), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 1 Jan 1830 in Tennessee. At the age of 69, George C. died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 8 Oct 1899. Buried in Oct 1899 in White Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. John J.. Born in 1855 in Tennessee.
ii. Martha. Born in 1859.
47 iii. Nancy (1859-)
iv. Lucinda. Born in 1863.

Lucinda married Cadie PALMER.

49 vi. Mollie (1867-)

18. Mary Lucinda MASSEY. Born on 19 Feb 1846.

On 12 Oct 1865 when Mary Lucinda was 19, she married Thomas L. STANFORD, son of Jesse STANFORD (1800-) & ?, in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 25 Dec 1840 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 77, Thomas L. died on 4 Aug 1918. Buried in 1918 in Rock Springs Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. William P.. Born on 20 Jul 1877. At the age of 75, William P. died on 5 Dec 1952. Buried in Dec 1952 in Rock Springs Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee.
