Family of Nancy Jane GOOCH (34) & William Thomas MITCHELL

54. John MITCHELL. Born on 28 Mar 1896 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 79, John died in Carroll County, Tennessee on 13 Nov 1975. Buried in Nov 1975 in Hampton Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

In 1915 when John was 18, he married Margaret ORR, in Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
i. Vernice. Born in 1920.
ii. John Helen. Born in 1921.
iii. Earnestine.

55. Verlie MITCHELL. Born in 1900 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 91, Verlie died in Carroll County, Tennessee in 1991. Buried in 1991 in Hampton Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

On 4 Feb 1917 when Verlie was 17, she married Eber WARBRITTON, son of Defore N. WARBRITTON (1862-) & Mary A. ? (1874-), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born in 1895. At the age of 27, Eber died in Carroll County, Tennessee in 1922. Buried in 1922 in Hampton Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

They had the following children:
105 i. Aubrey D. (1919-2000)
ii. William Doyle. Resided in Wilmington, Delaware in Dec 2000.

William Doyle married Dorothy ?.

56. Vernie MITCHELL. Born on 1 Mar 1900 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 60, Vernie died on 31 Jan 1961. Buried in Feb 1961 in Barr Springs Cemetery, Carroll County, Tennessee.

In 1920 when Vernie was 19, she married Carl Thomas ORR, son of Newton Allen ORR (1854-1920) & Julia Angeline ENOCHS (1866-1935), in Carroll County, Tennessee. Born on 14 Jul 1890 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 89, Carl Thomas died in 1980.

They had the following children:
106 i. Thomas Newton (1921-1996)
ii. Murray Mitchell.
iii. Sarah Francis.
