Family of Willis C. GOOCH Senior (18) & Martha Jane HATCH

32. George P. GOOCH. Born on 19 Feb 1862 in Carroll County, Tennessee. At the age of 50, George P. died in Tennessee on 22 Nov 1912. Buried in Nov 1912 in Lauderdale County, Tennessee.

In 1886 when George P. was 23, he married Mildred L. BALLINGER. Born on 19 May 1866 in Tennessee. At the age of 68, Mildred L. died in Nov 1934.

They had the following children:
i. Clarence C.. Born on 6 Mar 1887 in Crockett County, Tennessee. At the age of 30, Clarence C. died in Obion County, Tennessee on 2 Feb 1918.

ii. Tollie Lee. Born on 28 Apr 1889. At the age of 65, Tollie Lee died about 1955.

iii. Ben Onie. Born on 30 Nov 1891 in Tennessee.

iv. Virgil Jane. Born on 26 Dec 1893 in Crockett County, Tennessee. At the age of 91, Virgil Jane died in Summit County, Ohio on 15 Oct 1985.

On 26 Nov 1911 when Virgil Jane was 17, she married Sam Lee TOOMBS, in Lauderdale County, Tennessee. Born on 15 Sep 1892 in Giles County, Tennessee. At the age of 28, Sam Lee died in Crockett County, Tennessee on 11 Jul 1921.

33. John W. GOOCH. Born in Oct 1864 in Decatur County, Tennessee.

On 2 Dec 1885 when John W. was 21, he married Josie F. ROGERS, in Decatur County, Tennessee.

They had one child:
i. Alvin. Born in Dec 1889 in Decatur County, Tennessee.
