On 2 Jan 1988 when Joe Laymon was 18, he married Pamela Denise HULLETT, daughter of Edwin Hilary HULLETT & Deanna Rose EDWARDS, in Dallas, Texas. Born on 20 Jan 1968.

They had the following children:
i. Hilary Nicole. Born on 8 Jun 1988.
ii. Britney Rose. Born on 11 Feb 1990.
iii. Nataly Jo. Born on 12 Apr 1994.
