On 26 Aug 2000 Dixie Renee married Jackie Glynn ATKINSON, son of Danny ATKINSON & Unknown HAYES, in Westport, Carroll County, Tennessee.
Marriage Announcement: Mr. and Mrs. Larry Don Bartholomew of Westport are proud to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Dixie Renee, to Jacky Glynn Atkinson of Wildersville, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Danny Atkinson.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Marion Bartholomew of Clarksburg and the late Paul Bartholomew, Mrs. Brooksie Orr of Huntingdon and the late Thomas N. Orr.
Dixie is a 1995 graduate of Clarksburg High School and a 2000 graduate of Union University. She is employed at First Bank of Lexington.
The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mrs. Juanita Atkinson of Clarksburg and the late Martin Atkinson, Loyd Ray Hays of Wildersville, and the late Mrs. Mary Nell Hays.
Jacky is a 1995 graduate of Lexington High School. He is employed at Tennalum of Jackson.
The wedding is planned for 7 p.m. on Saturday, August 26 next door to the home of Dixie's parents, at 1065 Concord Road. All friends and relatives are invited to attend this celebration.
