On 23 Dec 1931 when William Lee was 28, he married Lela Obedience TYNER. Born on 26 Aug 1898.

368. Eli Whitney PAYNE. Born on 24 Jul 1905 in Velma, Oklahoma.

On 1 Aug 1925 when Eli Whitney was 20, he married Bessie Lee BEAVERS. Born on 15 Apr 1903. At the age of 65, Bessie Lee died on 12 Jun 1968.
