358. Charles Elmer MILAM. Born on 3 Mar 1893. At the age of 80, Charles Elmer died on 27 Oct 1973.

In 1913 when Charles Elmer was 19, he married Velma PARKER.

They had the following children:
i. Ruth Arabell. Born on 6 Dec 1914. Ruth Arabell died on 6 Feb 1915.

359. Cecil G. MILAM. Born on 29 Dec 1897 in Henderson County, Tennessee. At the age of 75, Cecil G. died in Henderson County, Tennessee on 27 Oct 1973. Buried in Oct 1973 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930.

In 1913 when Cecil G. was 15, he married Patric FESMIRE (344) , daughter of Thomas Abel FESMIRE (149) (1874-1955) & Mary A. PHILLIPS (1869-1953), in Henderson County, Tennessee. Born in Nov 1899. At the age of 82, Patric died in 1982. Buried in 1982 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930.

They had the following children:
i. William T.. Born in 1917 in Tennessee. At the age of 40, William T. died in 1957. Buried in 1957 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee. Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930.

ii. Charles Ray. Born in 1919. Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930. Alias/AKA: "Charlie".

In 1940 when Charles Ray was 21, he married Edna RHODES, daughter of James Edgar RHODES (1895-) & Eula Mae FESMIRE (189) (1898-1973). Born in 1918. At the age of 71, Edna died in 1989. Buried in 1989 in Lexington Cemetery, Lexington, Henderson County, Tennessee.

iii. Flossie. Born on 27 Aug 1922. Resided in First District, Henderson County, Tennessee in 1930.

Flossie married Elco DOUGLAS, son of Clinton W. DOUGLAS (1895-1973) & Elva GIBSON (1908-1994). Born on 1 Jan 1919. At the age of 75, Elco died on 12 Oct 1994. Buried in Oct 1994 in New Haven Cemetery, Henderson County, Tennessee. Alias/AKA: "Buster".

Elco "Buster" Douglas served as the Tax Assessor for Henderson County, Tennessee, for 12 years.

"Buster" Douglas operated a store in Union Cross Community, Henderson County, Tennessee, for many years.
